I didn't know you played a sport. I played tennis for 12 years and stopped when my son was convalescing at home. I had thought about trying racquetball and even asked Double D if he would play with me. He wasn't interested. I've heard that racquetball is a better workout than tennis. I think you found the answer most of us are looking for...finding exercise that you choose to do because you love it, not have to do and hate it! You are an inspiration to me! I have a Yea Me! I have completed three days of healthy, mindful eating and am looking forward to having my first week behind me. Knowing how hard it is to get started, I feel really inspired to keep going.
